This is the Persian Princess, Tinkerbell. She's sixteen years old and was a throw away because her nose wasn't flat enough to be a show cat. I guess she has a right to have an attitude.

My last day after 37 years and 9 months was 12/31/11. I am so enjoying not dragging my butt out of bed at 5:30 in the morning; not having ravenous alligators stacked at my door snarling for their pound of flesh;not dealing with all the people with their hands out saying, "Gimmie." I'd like to publish some of my writing and I'm contemplating the possibility of becoming a freelance copy editor. I'm married and have a grown son and daughter. They have blessed me with a grandson and a grandaughter. I'm a native Californian who got lost and wound up in Illinos, then migrated south to Texas. Hallelujah!

She looks very soft...and very attitudey.
Yeah, she's a little fluff ball with not much to her under all that hair. But she has all the neighborhood cats that come into our yard convinced she's king of the hill. I looked out back the other day just in time to witness her pinning a big tom cat twice her size to the ground.
I have met the Persian Princess and she is quite the "Miss Thang"!! She has something to say about almost everything and expects a response. Since I speak fluent cat, we get a long just fine!!
